• Title bar: At the top of the screen display the application name which you are working in
and the name of the document frontally open.
• Menu bar The menu bar is used to perform all operation each option on the menu bar
has hold menu attached to it. To invoke any option you have methods throw mouse using
key combination.
• Tool bar Tool bars contain tools, represented by icon that start commands, when you
move the pointing device over a tool a tool tip display the name of the tool.
• Working area the working area on the screen with assembles by the user in none a
working area.

• Scroll bars at the right corner of you screen are the scroll bars horizontal and vertical.

These scroll bars are used to move your display horizontally and vertically.
• Status bar The last bar on the button of your screen is called the status bars. On this line
messages are display regarding page and section number cursor position horizontally and
vertically.

New, Ctrl +N This command are user to be create new file.
Open, Ctrl + O This command is user to open your file.
Save, Ctrl +S This command is user to save your file.
Print Preview This command is used to print preview your file.
Page Setup This command is used to setup your page.
